Shipping


BlueviewATELIER offers complimentary 2-day shipping for jewelry shipments over $250 within the United States (U.S.) and requires a signature upon receipt. For small product shipments, we offer complimentary ground shipping within the U.S. for purchases over $150. Overnight shipping within the U.S. is available for small items over $45 and Saturday delivery for purchases over $65. For shipping outside of the continental U.S., please contact us for shipping rates. Regarding all vintage larger items and Fermob furniture shipments, please contact us for details. Please reach us on the “say hello” page if you require these services. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will email you if any issues arise with your order.

We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed Monday–Friday before noon PST will be processed and ship within one business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon PST or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Please reach out if you have an urgent need via email. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays observed by the company.


Returns

Merchandise purchased in store are final sale after 7 days. A 7 day exchange policy for store credit is allowed from the date of purchase.

All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization within 2 days of receipt of merchandise for full refund. Any requests made after 2 days of receipt on web orders will allow for exchange only. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept return for store credit only of in-stock, unused, undamaged merchandise received within 7 days of the purchase date.  

Special order items, custom and personalized pieces, and sale items are final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or not able to be resold. Altered products and special orders cannot be returned for exchanges or refunds.

For any returns or exchanges, please email info@blueviewatelier.com with the subject of your email listed “RETURN,” followed by your customer name. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. Once the return is inspected and approved, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment minus the return shipping fees.
